StayWhole Mind Focused Programs

YOGA

Yoga is a physical technique that can help improve your spiritual wellness by reducing emotional and physical strains on your mind and body. Yoga is taught at all levels and can help lower stress, boost the immune system and lower blood pressure as well as reduce anxiety, depression, fatigue, and insomnia.

MEDITATION

Meditation has been practiced by leaders of all major religions and non-religious people alike. Meditation is the process of being fully here, with all concentration focused on the now. By living in the present and letting go of the past and not worrying about the future, we can achieve the inner peace that we strive- mitigating worry, alleviating stress, finding forgiveness and achieving clarity in our purpose.

MENTORING

Mentoring - whether as a professional mentor or personal mentor - is a beneficial spirit builder as you are helping others achieve their dreams. StayWhole Mentor-ship programs or mentoring opportunities through professional organizations or colleges of veterinary medicine can provide meaningful connections.

The Garden School

The Garden offers Virtual and In-Person Tutoring sessions that incorporate research-based strategies including interdisciplinary studies, relationship building, and data-driven lesson structures to ensure students meet their goals.

Retreats

Taking time for yourself to travel to a comforting place or somewhere new can do wonders for your mind and soul. When you are at a place where your mind can keep out distractions and help you reflect and rest, you will have a better connection with yourself. This allows you to weed out stressors and set your mind on the right path for overall wellness.

Gardening

Gardening can improve many aspects of mental health, focus, and concentration. While focusing on immediate tasks and details, it requires you to be able to reduce negative thoughts and feelings. Gardening is seen as a coping mechanism that naturally induces you to be present in time.

Transitional Life Skills

I believe for people to maximize their full potential; it is crucial for them to first master their transitional life skills and personal development. This will supply the base and confidence needed, as it is the missing piece to have an opportunity to achieve success in life. There is a correlation between transitional life skills and mental health.
